After successful payment, our automated system will immediately start deploying your Mac Mini. System initialization is usually completed within 1-5 minutes.

You can view full device information in the console:
- Log in to the console (https://xxxMac.com/cn/kongzhitai.html)
- Select your order from the order list on the left
- Click on the "Device Info" tab
You can see: hardware model, CPU configuration, memory size, storage capacity, network information, system version, etc.

đĨī¸ How to connect using VNC?
Recommended method: Use our web-based VNC, no software installation required!
Steps:
- Log in to the console and select your order
- Click the
VNCbutton on the order details page - The browser will open a new tab and automatically connect to the desktop
đĄ Tip: Supports modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Chrome is recommended for the best experience.
â¨ī¸ How to connect using SSH?
SSH connection is suitable for scenarios requiring command-line operations, such as deploying applications, running scripts, etc.
# Basic connection command
ssh root@Your_IP_Address -p Port_Number

ssh [email protected] -p 22
Get Connection Info:
- Go to the order details page in the console
- View IP, port, and password in the "Connection Info" section
- Connect using a terminal tool (Terminal / iTerm / PowerShell)
đ How to power on/off/restart the device?
We provide convenient power management features, allowing you to control the device status remotely at any time.
Steps:
- Log in to the console and enter the order details page
- Find the power control button group at the top of the page
- Click the corresponding button:

Power Off- Safely shut down the system - đ
Restart- Reboot

â ī¸ Note: Billing continues even when the device is powered off. It is recommended to keep it on for remote access when not in use.
Account Management
đ How to check order status and expiration time?
The console provides a clear order management interface:
đ Order list on the left:
- âĸ Displays all orders and real-time status
- âĸ Green mark: Running / Red mark: Expired
- âĸ Click an order to view details
đ Order Details:
- âĸ Creation time, expiration time
- âĸ Auto-renewal status
- âĸ Remaining days

View all renewal and payment records at the bottom of the page
đ° How to renew or upgrade configuration?
Renewal:
Supports daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly renewals. Longer terms offer better rates. You will receive email reminders before the order expires, and you can also renew manually in the console.
Upgrade Configuration:
- Storage Expansion: Can be upgraded in the console at any time, just pay the price difference for the remaining days
- Thunderbolt 5: Requires at least 2 devices, can be activated on the order details page
đĄ Tip: Downgrading configuration requires waiting for the current billing cycle to end.
